Vivaldis is hiring a full-time Carpentry Team Leader to manage 2–4 carpentry workers on day-shift projects involving oak outbuildings, timber-frame construction, and restoration. The role includes preparing projects, making independent decisions at the job site, communicating progress to the business owner, and leading a motivated team. Applicants need a woodworking diploma or equivalent demonstrable experience, a VCA certificate, several years of reliable experience, and a category B driver's license. The position offers a 40-hour workweek, construction-sector pay of €18,747–€22,561 per hour depending on experience, meal vouchers, compensatory rest days, a washing allowance, mileage reimbursement, and loyalty stamps.
