Description
The employer is hiring a full-time foreman/team leader for day shift in Hasselt to manage a workshop team of approximately five to six people and an off-site team of approximately three people. Responsibilities include preparing materials for the off-site team, monitoring workshop and off-site processes, and coordinating the teams. The role requires prior team-leader experience, a carpenter or installer background, strong responsibility, accuracy, people-management ability, independence, and flexibility. It offers a 40-hour workweek, a minimum hourly wage of €18.592, paid ADV days, pension contribution, meal vouchers, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
