TA Services is hiring a Carrier Development Representative to expand and strengthen its carrier network, analyze market and carrier performance data, convert spot-market carriers into long-term contractual partners, and build relationships across truckload, less-than-truckload, intermodal, expedited, and air freight. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of direct truckload capacity development and carrier management experience, and flatbed procurement experience. It is based in a professional office with occasional travel, offers a Monday–Friday schedule, and pays $50,000–$60,000 annually.
