USCS is hiring a Carrier Engagement Logistics Coordinator I in Camden, New Jersey, to source, negotiate, onboard, and manage refrigerated motor carriers across its national network. The role supports cold-chain compliance, surge capacity, transportation spend optimization, carrier scorecards, transit exception resolution, and quarterly business reviews, using systems such as Goodship, RMIS, and TMS. It is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the General Manager Logistics, with standard hours, minimum travel, and an hourly wage of $25-$30.
