Under routine supervision, the role sources, markets to, solicits, screens, and onboards independent carriers, verifies safety and insurance requirements, tracks carrier leads and qualification activity, conducts outbound calls, presents the value of J.B. Hunt’s network, and develops carrier relationships to grow external capacity. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of professional experience; preferred qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree, direct sales or recruiting experience, transportation-industry experience, and knowledge of J.B. Hunt. It is full-time and does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship.
