Quadient is hiring a Carrier Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with parcel carriers, logistics providers, e-commerce delivery companies, and other transportation partners participating in the Open Locker Network. The role focuses on recruiting carriers, expanding network utilization and package volume, negotiating partnerships, managing onboarding and account performance, coordinating operational pilots and launches, and providing market intelligence. The position requires expertise in parcel transportation, last-mile delivery, carrier operations, and business development, and offers a hybrid work model with flexible office and remote arrangements.
