HelloFresh is hiring a Carrier Performance Manager to lead third-party logistics partner relationships and improve delivery performance, customer experience, cost efficiency, and innovation. The role owns 3PL performance and cost management, analyzes carrier KPIs using data tools, manages delivery risks and supplier negotiations, and develops automated reporting and logistics initiatives. The position is based at HelloFresh Farm in London and offers a hybrid working policy, with no visa sponsorship available.
