HelloFresh is hiring a Carrier Performance Manager to lead third-party logistics partner relationships and improve delivery performance, customer experience, cost efficiency, and innovation. The role owns 3PL performance and cost management, analyzes carrier KPIs using data tools, manages delivery risks and supplier negotiations, and develops data-led solutions and automated reporting. The position is based at HelloFresh’s London site in Spondon, Derby, with hybrid working, and requires UK independent working rights because sponsorship is unavailable.
