Circle Logistics is hiring a Carrier Procurement Representative to build and manage carrier relationships, source and onboard carriers, secure freight capacity, negotiate rates, evaluate carrier performance, and improve lane profitability. The role works across dry van, reefer, flatbed, expedited, and specialized transportation modes and collaborates with sales, operations, account management, fraud, compliance, and leadership. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3+ years of relevant transportation or brokerage experience, carrier negotiation and relationship-management experience, TMS and CRM proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
