Allen Lund Company is hiring a Carrier Sales Representative to prospect, contract, and establish relationships with truckload and LTL carriers for dry, refrigerated, and flatbed cargo. The role involves developing carrier volume, providing customer service, coordinating office operations, building loads, scheduling pickups and deliveries, updating customer systems, and matching carriers to shipments. Candidates need two years of experience in a 3PL environment with hands-on truck-booking experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, organization, decision-making ability, and the ability to work under pressure.
