Description
The GATE Express Wash Manager leads day-to-day operations of an Express Wash branch, supervising staff and ensuring safe, clean, and efficient car-wash service. The role includes customer service, sales and productivity goal achievement, employee training and disciplinary actions, equipment inspections and repairs, inventory and vendor management, bookkeeping, and facility maintenance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, at least one year of prior management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
