Iowa Health and Human Services, Division of Compliance, Bureau of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is hiring an Administrative Assistant 2 to support the state office and the statewide CASA network. The role coordinates local programs, volunteers, and public communications; maintains records, data systems, and background checks; supports the Iowa Child Advocacy Board; manages mail, email, phone inquiries, and technology issues; and reviews budgets, monitors revenue and spending, prepares financial statements, and serves as a fiscal liaison with Friends of Iowa CASA. Applicants must meet one of three specified education or experience qualifications, and all work must occur in Iowa.
