Description
The Case Aide provides direct support to a case management team serving unaccompanied children and their sponsors, including maintaining foster-parent records, reviewing ORR portal compliance, conducting resource-family home inspections, gathering sponsor information, coordinating social services, supporting case discharge, and escorting and releasing unaccompanied children to approved sponsors. The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent, related experience or training, at least 21 years of age, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Spanish bilingual ability is preferred. The position is based in Pomona and offers a starting salary of $21.63 to $22.60, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
