The Case Aide provides clerical and case-management support to Juvenile Probation Officers serving youth and families in the Youth Diversion and Development Division. Responsibilities include home visits, case-file management, community-resource coordination, appointment scheduling, urinalysis administration, electronic monitoring reviews, and MAYSI screening. The role is regular full-time, requires a high school diploma or GED plus one year of relevant administrative or social-service experience, a minimum 80% clerical test score, and a valid Texas driver's license.
