The Case Aide supports the Enhanced Family Foster Care Program by gathering family and community information, assisting children and families with transportation and home visits, accompanying children to service providers, handling office and placement-module tasks, maintaining a safe on-site environment, and reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation. The role is full-time and hybrid, with in-person work in New York City and travel to other Rising Ground Sites as required.
