The Salvation Army is hiring a full-time Residential Treatment Counselor in Houston, Texas. The role provides daily supervision, monitoring, reporting, and technical support to clients in a residential substance abuse treatment environment, performs crisis intervention counseling when needed, helps individuals and groups develop life-management skills, and reports pertinent information to the Director of Social Services. The position includes intake, discharge, monitoring, and administrative responsibilities, requires a high school diploma or GED, and offers health, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, life insurance, and a 403B plan.
