Description
The Case Aide supports and supervises family time, visit coaching, transportation, documentation, case planning, court appearances, appointments, welfare and PATH processes, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration for children and families in the Enhanced Family Foster Care program. The role is full time, based in Queens, Brooklyn, or Long Island, and requires a high school diploma, background clearances, a valid New York State driver license, communication and computer skills, and willingness to work extended or irregular hours.
