Description
The role supports children and families in a residential treatment center by supervising sibling and family visits, assisting caseworkers with referrals and documentation, providing counseling and crisis intervention, coordinating department paperwork and scheduling, and accompanying residents to community appointments. It requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid New York State driver’s license, and occasional flexibility for family visits, service plan reviews, and crisis intervention; experience with the I/DD population and strong computer skills are preferred.
