Description
The Case Assistant is an introductory-level direct-care staff member supporting residents in the Jewish Board’s supported housing programs. The role assists clinical and case associate staff, sets up vacant apartments, inspects apartments, conducts intake phone screenings and orientation, develops and supervises activities, escorts residents, monitors facility security, documents client interactions, and reports unusual issues. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, familiarity with Windows, and the ability to work with traumatized populations; one year of community mental health or human services experience is preferred.
