Description
The Case Associate provides intermediate-level direct care to residents of the Jewish Board’s supported housing programs, helping them develop independent living skills, meet recovery goals, access community services, and maintain safe and stable housing. The role includes resident support, service coordination, documentation, incident reporting, roommate meetings, unit inspections, and community escorts, while requiring experience with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma and either an AA degree with two years of community mental health experience or an HS/HSE degree with five years of such experience.
