CASES is hiring a full-time Case Coordinator for its Bronx Pretrial Services Supervised Release Program. The role provides supervision and community-based services to pretrial participants, including orientation meetings, court and supervision appointment coordination, service-need assessments, treatment referrals, case management, and documentation. The position is based at the Bronx Community Office with fieldwork in the larger New York City community as needed and offers a hybrid arrangement with at least one full remote day per week. It requires a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience or an associate’s degree with three years of relevant human-services experience, along with knowledge of community treatment, support services, and the criminal justice system.
