Description
The Case Coordinator works under the supervision of a Team or Practice Manager to initiate immigration cases, collect and verify employee and employer documentation, track case information, respond to client and employee inquiries, and prepare complete case files for assignment to legal teams. The role requires direct client or customer contact, office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required, while an associate’s degree or two years of college is preferred; immigration law experience is a plus.
