Trillium Health Partners is hiring a permanent full-time Case Costing Advisor in its Performance Analytics department. Reporting to the Manager of Case Costing, the role manages the ADS case costing system, maintains compliance with Ontario Case Costing standards, validates and reconciles clinical and financial data, develops reports using SAS, Power BI, and SQL, supports Ministry submissions, analyzes and presents case costing and benchmarking data, and provides education and training. The position requires a health-related or applied health/clinical informatics degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of Ontario healthcare reporting standards, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; 3–5 years of related healthcare case costing and MIS reporting experience is an asset.
