The Case Culinary Platform Attendant supports residential dining operations by preparing, organizing, and supplying food across salad bars, hot and cold stations, and to-order service areas. The role combines ingredient combining, portioning, meal assembly, food safety, waste reduction, and direct customer service while collaborating with the culinary team. It is a full-time, union-designated position in East Lansing, Michigan, with a salary of $19.73 and a Monday–Thursday 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. schedule, with Friday off and alternating weekends off.
