Unfallkasse Rheinland-Pfalz is hiring a Case Handler in Initial Claims Processing to record incoming documents, review and process insurance claims, handle minor-category claims, communicate with insured persons and service providers, approve invoices within authorization, transfer cases to other providers, and maintain statistical data. The role requires commercial vocational training, practical experience, MS Word and Excel proficiency, self-organization, and effective communication. It is a fixed-term position through June 2028 with pay up to TVöD-VKA pay grade 5, flexible working hours, alternating telework, and public-sector benefits.
