CAMBA is hiring a full-time Case Management Navigator in Brooklyn to support young adult participants ages 18–21 through outreach, resource coordination, family engagement, progress monitoring, referral scheduling, and case closure. The role collaborates with the Social Worker, local community providers, and Peer Support Leaders, and requires a bachelor’s degree with one year of applicable experience or an associate’s degree with two years of applicable experience, or a high school diploma with three years of applicable experience. Compensation is $50,000 annually, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
