Description
The Production Supervisor leads a team responsible for real-time review of federal-regulation documentation, eligibility research, constituent outreach, training, reporting, transparency, and compliance oversight for government services. The role manages case management and administrative staff, approves policies and procedures, supports client reporting dashboards, and responds to state and federal oversight activities. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and two to four years of relevant production, quality assurance, or grant-management experience are preferred.
