Description
The Production Supervisor leads a team responsible for real-time review of federal-regulation documentation, eligibility research, constituent outreach, training, reporting, transparency, and compliance oversight. The role manages day-to-day production activities for case management and administrative staff, delegates work, approves policies and procedures, and supports program compliance with state and federal oversight. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and two to four years of relevant production, quality assurance, or grant-management experience are preferred; Microsoft Office experience is required.
