Description
The Case Management Program Supervisor oversees the DAS Case Management program and Short-Term Home Care for the Older Adults program, provides case management services to seniors and adults with disabilities, trains and supervises staff, maintains client records, participates in quality assurance, and coordinates community outreach. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, extensive case management experience, some administrative or supervisory experience, bilingual English-Chinese ability, and the ability to travel for home visits and other duties.
