Description
The Case Manager Supervisor leads a mobile unit of Case Managers serving children and families, overseeing caseloads, unit operations, staff development, compliance with agency policy and the Texas Family Code, and coordination with courts, child protective services, schools, caregivers, and community partners. The role requires a current Department of Family and Protective Services staff member with a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant child-placing or child welfare experience, along with required clearances and a non-traditional schedule including on-call duties.
