Volunteers of America–Greater New York is hiring a Case Manager for Pugsley Family Shelter, an emergency family shelter in the Bronx serving families experiencing homelessness. The role manages client intake and assessments, develops and updates individual service plans, connects clients with services and benefits, provides supportive counseling and advocacy, documents case-management activities, collects service data, and participates in evaluation and quality-assurance activities. Candidates need an associate degree or 60 college credits in a human services field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant shelter experience, along with communication, basic computer, and professional Spanish-language communication skills.
