Description
The Case Manager 2 manages missing-child cases from assignment through recovery, coordinates with parents, guardians, law enforcement, and NCMEC resources, analyzes leads and case reports, maintains case databases, prepares media-ready materials, and provides reunification and post-recovery support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of relevant experience, VCIN certification eligibility, and availability for evening, weekend, and on-call work.
