Description
The Queens Community Justice Center is hiring a full-time, entry-level Case Manager to support individuals in its Alternative to Incarceration program. The role leads psychoeducational groups and restorative justice circles, provides one-on-one case management and individual and group counseling, conducts intakes and needs assessments, coordinates referrals, maintains case-management records, and supports program operations. The position is fully on-site in Queens, New York, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible rotating day and evening hours. Compensation is $52,000 to $65,400, and the employer offers healthcare, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement benefits. A bachelor’s degree or three to four years of case-management experience is required, along with English-Spanish bilingual ability; court or criminal-justice experience is preferred.
