The client is hiring a full-time, on-site Case Manager in the Monsey area to manage life insurance cases from application through policy placement. The role coordinates brokers, carriers, underwriters, and internal teams; reviews applications and documentation; maintains case records in an Agency Management System; prepares carrier submissions; and monitors case status to improve placement outcomes. Candidates need at least two years of experience in case management, insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related field, along with strong organizational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. The position offers a $60,000–$75,000 annual salary, paid time off, co-sponsored health insurance, and group life and disability insurance.
