Description
The Doe Fund is hiring a Case Manager for its Ready, Willing & Able workforce development program in Brooklyn. The role manages client caseloads, monitors progress toward service-plan goals, coordinates referrals for mental health, substance recovery, benefits, entitlements, and primary care, communicates with agencies, facilitates groups, maintains client records, and provides crisis intervention. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least two years of human services or case management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services field and bilingual ability are preferred.
