Description
The Case Manager provides survivor-centered case management and supportive services to domestic violence survivors and their families. The role assesses needs, develops safety and service plans, coordinates resources and referrals, provides crisis intervention and counseling, facilitates groups, supports employment and financial stability, and collaborates with community partners. It requires a bachelor's degree, domestic violence certification, parenting or related facilitator training, at least six months of experience with low-income children and families, English and Spanish communication skills, and travel within Los Angeles County.
