Description
The Case Manager serves as the local school district representative for students with disabilities at Southwest Side-6656 S Normal Blvd (Benjamin E Mays Academy). The role coordinates IDEA and Section 504 evaluations, referrals, meetings, IEP and 504 plans, special education and related services, data entry, scheduling, staff training, and compliance with federal and state requirements. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education or educational administration, a valid Professional Educator License, and at least two years of special education experience.
