Volunteers of America–Greater New York is hiring a Case Manager for its Safe Dwelling II domestic violence program, which provides comprehensive services and safe, anonymous housing for individuals and their children. The role focuses on client intake and assessment, individualized service planning, linkage to services and benefits, supportive counseling, documentation, and participation in evaluation and quality assurance. Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree or 60 college credits in Human Services, or a high school diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant shelter experience, along with strong verbal and written communication and basic computer skills.
