Description
The Case Manager provides case management, housing navigation, case-plan oversight, client screening, coordination with local agencies, recordkeeping, crisis intervention, and program evaluation for youth and young families in House of Hope’s emergency shelter and housing stability programs. The role also directs interns and volunteers, supports compliance with legal and grant requirements, and may require weekend and holiday work. It is a full-time salaried position requiring a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, criminal background check, relevant social work or related-field education or experience, direct-service experience, and the ability to work flexible hours.
