Volunteers of America–Greater New York is hiring a Case Manager for Commonwealth Veterans Residence in the Bronx. The role provides case management to formerly homeless veterans in permanent supportive housing, including intake and assessment, individualized service planning, service and benefits coordination, supportive counseling, documentation, data collection, and quality assurance participation. Candidates need an associate degree or 60 college credits in human services, or a high school diploma/GED plus two years of relevant shelter experience, along with verbal and written communication and basic computer skills.
