MHA is hiring a Case Manager for its Assisted Outpatient Treatment Services team in Morris County. The role monitors individuals in an AOT program, conducts intake assessments, develops and oversees treatment plans, coordinates services, assists with benefits and healthcare integration, provides counseling and crisis intervention, and documents case progress. The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and one evening night per week, along with a valid driver’s license; a master’s degree in a related field and experience with severe and persistent mental illness are preferred. The annual base salary is $45,650–$47,300, with medical coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
