Altrecht is hiring a Case Manager for its Nieuwegein Area Team to provide community-based specialist mental health care to people with severe psychiatric conditions. The role manages a caseload, supports clients in their homes and living environments, coordinates with clinicians and network partners, participates in multidisciplinary meetings and evaluations, and promotes recovery, stability, and social participation.
