Description
Anew is hiring a Behavioral Health Case Manager to coordinate and provide safe, timely, effective, and client-centered care for individuals facing mental health challenges. The role assesses client needs, develops individualized service plans, manages case assignments, advocates for clients, collaborates with therapists and family members, supports independence and daily living skills, and maintains CARF, CMS, documentation, and billing practices. The position reports to an Operations Manager, does not supervise staff, offers flexible scheduling, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an NPI number or Ohio Medicaid ID, and background checks; a college degree in Human Services, CPR certification, and at least three years of behavioral health experience are preferred but not mandatory.
