Anew is hiring a Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide comprehensive support and coordination of care for clients facing mental health challenges. The role assesses client needs, develops individualized service plans, manages case assignments, advocates for clients, collaborates with therapists and families, supports independence and daily living skills, and maintains CARF, CMS, documentation, and billing practices. The position is based at Huntington Schools, reports to an Operations Manager, does not supervise staff, and offers flexible scheduling with benefits including weekly pay, paid time off, company-paid holidays, and benefits eligibility on the start date.
