Anew is hiring a Behavioral Health Case Manager to coordinate and provide safe, timely, effective, and client-centered care for individuals facing mental health challenges. The role assesses client needs, develops individualized service plans, manages case assignments, advocates for clients, collaborates with therapists and family members, supports independence and daily living skills, and maintains CARF, CMS, documentation, and billing practices. The position reports to an Operations Manager, does not supervise staff, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and offers flexible scheduling and benefits including weekly pay, paid time off, company-paid holidays, and benefits eligibility on the start date.
