The Case Manager provides client-centered case management services supporting recovery and wellness for people with substance use or mental health concerns. The role supports clinical treatment goals through an interdisciplinary team, using trauma-informed care, respectful relationships, hope, and evidence-based research. A bachelor’s degree in social work is required, while a master’s degree in a licensable field is preferred; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are also required.
