Description
The Case Manager will directly intake and assess youth admitted to a secure detention facility, then coordinate, plan, track, and monitor services such as education, crisis intervention, counseling, mentoring, advocacy, and re-entry. The role manages intake, adjustment, court-ordered reports, parent communication, referrals, provider coordination, and discharge and re-entry for juvenile delinquents, offenders, and adolescents placed in ACS custody. The position requires travel for home visits and community meetings, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include a baccalaureate degree with two years of related community experience, or a high school diploma with six years of related experience, with at least one year of experience as described in the first option.
