Description
Clarvida is hiring a full-time Child-Youth Case Manager in Arizona to work with children and youth in their homes, communities, and offices. The role creates personalized service plans and goals, provides social skills and behavior management support, advocates for clients, connects them to community resources, assesses progress, and adjusts treatment plans. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid Arizona driver’s license, current auto insurance, transportation, and eligibility for fingerprint clearance. Experience in case management or behavioral health and bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred. Compensation includes a blended rate of $22.50 per hour for the first 90 days, a billable direct client care rate of $29 per hour, and a non-billable clinical rate of $16 per hour, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits.
