CNS is hiring a full-time Clinical Case Manager to develop, implement, and manage clinical aspects of its Centre for Neuro Skills, including assessment, care planning, service coordination, rehabilitation interventions, and outcome evaluation for patients with traumatic brain injury. The role works Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some on-call and overtime work, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of rehabilitation or related experience, and demonstrated supervisory ability.
