CNS is hiring a full-time Clinical Case Manager to develop, implement, and manage clinical aspects of care for patients with traumatic brain injury across clinic and residential sites. The role coordinates services with families and external stakeholders, creates individualized case-management plans, evaluates outcomes, and may require on-call and overtime work. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of rehabilitation or related experience, and demonstrated supervisory ability; CCM certification is preferred and required upon meeting eligibility guidelines. The position offers medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and a stated annual salary range of $80,000 to $95,000.
